If I told you that what you are eating is killing you you would probably say no way. Most people that hear things like this say," come on stop kidding". Then they say my grandmother and grandfather lived until they were eighty or ninety years old.They ate just like I eat. The question that should come to mind is did they live in good health. Does it make since eat what you like only to live to in pain everyday of your life? Being overweight can be painful physically and emotionally. But, I have some news for you. It's not all your fault if you are overweight. Recently, I read that 58 million people are overweight and 3 Million morbidly Obese. In years past the health of American was not like this. If you ask them how did they get overweight they may say I'm not really sure. Some of them may say that they just like food. There are those that love food and love to eat. But, they are not overweight. Why is that. There are some factors that have to be considered. On e factor is exercise. But, there is another factor that should be considered. The other factor that should be considered is what is in or put on your food. Highly processed food seems to be a problem to many of us. What goes into processed foods? High fat, high sugar, high oil and high salt are just some of the things that can be found in processed foods. These things not only lead to one becoming fat, but it also leads to disease.
