Flu Shot Comedy
"DO NOT PANIC. Trust your own amazing self-healing
body, rather than Big Pharma and the fear-mongering
media. Remember, in the last swine flu scare in 1976,
only one person died from the flu. But 25 people died,
and more than a thousand had their lives destroyed
by the crippling effects of the flu VACCINE. Also note
that flu did NOT cause most deaths in the 1918 flu
epidemic - the killer was secondary bacterial infection
with Strep and TB"! Arthur Doerksen, Zapper Times 36, Nov 2009

Jay Talks True Health and Healing
Why has so many made life so complicated. Life is really simple. When it comes to our health and healing our bodies its' really not some big complicated formula that we need. Nature provides that which is essential. All we have to do is be willing to try that which has been provided by our Creator. He has provided all that we need. Jay discovered this years ago. We can now learn from him.

Does Aloe Cure Cancer?
Does aloe cure cancer? This question has been asked a lot latley. The word cure means restoration to health or a sound condition. This would simply mean that if you had Cancer you would be restore to health. Your physical condition would be like it once was before you got cancer. In the Bible, in Jesus and beyond, men and woman were cure by Jesus and His disciples. If we take a look at the some of the one that were cure of their diseases we will notice several things. They were in some cases examined and it was reported that they were no longer in the sick state that they were once in. As a matter of fact they were just as well as any other person in that town. They had to take no medications, use no forms of equipment to get around or have to constantly keep checking themselves to see if the sickness or disease had return.
I quess I must ask the question does Jesus or His Father cure like this today. Has he forgotten that His creation suffer greatly from sickness and disease. The answer to this question is yes and no. By faith I say this because of two passages of scripture in the Holy Bible. One of the passages is found in the book of Exodus. It says'"If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee". That passage is found in Exodus 15:26 and the other is found in 3 John 1 :2,"Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth".
God wants us to be in good health. He wants us to be in good health and live so bad that he sent His son not only die for our sins, but also to restore us to the original state of man. He came to save us from our sins. Our sins have brought on sickness and disease in many cases. But, inspite of our action he still wants us to have life and life more abundantly. "Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth". Has He abandone us? I have to say no. He has provided solution and this is just one of many. Does Aloe cure? I would have to say no. Why? Aloe doesn't cure the disease, but it does something even more amazing. It build up the body's immune system to fight off disease. When using this herb it gives us time to see how the wonderful machinery that we have been given works. This process also helps us to depend on God each and every as we as trying to build up the immune system. Let's take a look at what others are saying.

LifeStyle Medicine vs. Preventive Medicine
According to Wikipedia Preventative Medicine is defined this way, "Preventive Medicine or preventive care refers to measures taken to prevent illness or injury, rather than curing them". "It can be contrasted not only with curative medicine, but also with public health methods (which work at the level of population health rather than individual health)".There is another type of medicine that should be considered and that is "Lifestyle Medicine". What is Lifestyle Medicine? "Lifestyle Medicine (LM) is the use of lifestyle interventions in the treatment and management of disease. Such interventions include diet (nutrition), exercise, stress management, smoking cessation, and a variety of other non-drug modalities". "A growing body of scientific evidence has demonstrated that lifestyle intervention is an essential component in the treatment of chronic disease that can be as effective as medication, but without the risks and unwanted side-effects". This definition is given by the The American College of Lifestyle Medicine. I believe that Lifesytle Medicine is the medicine that this world so desperately need right now. What do you think?

Type 2 Diabetes Part 1
Some years ago an experiment was conducted to see how fast a person could become a diabetic. This will actually shock some of you because when a person is called a diabetic or has sugar diabetes he or she automatically thinks that they should stop eating sugar. There is of course different types of sugar. So, some are confuse on what type of sugars they shouldn't eat. But, you must hear this when this experiment was conducted they found out that they could create a diabetic faster by feeding these little boys oil (fats) than sugar. Actually, a diabetic should be called a carbohydrate diabetic, even this term doesn't seem do it any justice. You see we play on words when we speak. Sugar can be sugar that is in the fruits, nuts, grains and vegetables. Then there's sugar that has been isolated from the fruit, grain, nut or vegetable. That latter is the problem. This is called refine sugar. What about the oil or fat. There is fat in fruits, nuts, grains and vegetables. The problem is the refined fat or fat extract out of the fruits, nuts, grains and vegetables. For example, Corn oil, vegetable oil, coconut oil, palm oil, canola oil, etc. Did you know that it takes about 9 feet of sugar cane to get 1 table spoon of sugar and 10-12 ears of corn to get 1 tablespoon of oil.
Would you sit down and eat 9 feet of sugar cane in one sitting? No way! What about eating 10-12 ears of corn in one sitting? No Way! We are eating these levels two and three times in one sitting. This is why our bodies are malfunctioning. It takes longer to process fat and also it overtaxes the pancreas. So, the statement made in the last article is correct.A low fat diet, plant food diet and exercise will reverse diabetes. The NEWSTART Program is a program that emphasizes lifestyle change. NEWSTART is a acronym for Nutrition, Exercise, Water, Sunshine, Temperance, Air, Rest and Trust in Divine Power. In the next article I will attempt to dig a little dipper on individual parts of the NEWSTART Plan. If you have type 2 diabetes there is hope.

Good News for People with Type 2 Diabetes!
"Medical research confirms that up to 50% of people with Type 2 diabetes can eliminate diabetes risks and discontinue medication within three weeks by adopting a low-fat, plant food diet and regular daily exercise."
Anderson, JW and Ward, K: High Carbohydrate, High fiber diets for insulin-treated men with diabetes mellitus. Am J Clin Nutr, 1979; 32:2312-21.
Science Agrees... Tests confirm low-fat diet alone reversed type 2 diabetes in laboratory animals.
In a scientific study released on September 9, 1998, " . . . While doctors have long known that weight loss can control diabetes, this is the first scientific study to show that type 2 diabetes can be completely reversed in animals by cutting dietary fat. Moreover, the findings suggest that reducing fat, not just weight, is a primary mechanism behind the reversal."
Richard Surwit, PhD et al, September '98 Metabolism. Duke University
A concurrent program at Weimar's NEWSTART® Lifestyle Center, in which type 2 diabetes patients eat a low-fat diet and exercise daily, is experiencing a similar success in reversing diabetes. Many are completely off all insulin and medication with a normal blood sugar. Neuropathy has been reversed and renal function improved in many. Atherosclerosis, the big killer of people with diabetes, also responds favorably to the NEWSTART® program.
* 50% of people with type 2 diabetes have normal blood sugar without medication in as little as three weeks.
* 80% with diabetic neuropathy have no more pain in their feet and hands.
* Other benefits of working this plan include:
* 80% of men have normal blood pressure without medication.
* a 25% drop in cholesterol is common.
* a 35% increase in exercise capacity occurs.
